Iptv reset/mac change option gone

Yesterday for some reason I received two Emails from IKS saying they have assigned me new order numbers/passwords for my two accounts, today I have changed the new donation numbers in NFPS Stalker 103 (However) when I go on the site to do a reset the options to do a reset or Mac change is not there, Can anyone help,
I only ordered the service 5 days ago finally got them both working and now they change donation numbers and no option to reset?

I think they are experiencing technical difficulties. Give it a day to get backup and running right.

Be careful on changing any thing as 66 generally wont send any thing out like that.

I do have to donations I received two emails with order numbers but donation numbers have changed, TODAY on both accounts I get authorization failed, I go on website to do iptv reset no option to do so. am very! confused, can you give advice PLEASE.

I would hold off doing much of anything because it appears the servers are down.

The one part of this whole system that never went down was their ability to sell IPTV donations ......not being able to use them is another story....................

Agree. Instructions usually include the seemingly trivial step of resetting the mac address to a new one. I have tried this in different days and takes hours and a lot of luck to get it done if ever. No Mac Address is ever accepted and no specific reason is given. Why just don’t assign a mac address per donation that does not need to be changed? Just control that there is only one device active per donation.
A real pain. I have spent hours trying to set up the PVR Stalker thing with no luck (new Kodi Ver 16) and I’m done for the day. It’s not like it is a free service. Why not make it simple?

The MAC address and IPTV RESET buttons show up for me and I managed to change the Mac, but can't do the reset. On Step 7 it says: "7. Go to papaio or iptv66 donation checker on your computer pages and click the iptv reset ..."


When I go on https://iks66.tv/main/search and click on the IPTV RESET button, I get taken to the page https://iks66.tv/main/iptvreset displaying some mySQL errors and sometimes a message (see below)

The Stalker addon fails to authenticate. Am I doing something wrong or is because the reset doesn't work, the authentication fails?

+1 Seeing the exact same issue

Also when doing an IPTV Reset

There's an error, You cant reset this MAC
for one of the following reason:
You can't reset a mac without status Running.
You cant reset the same mac more than 3 times on a day.
You can't made more than 15 reset 1 a day.

Any ETA when these issues will be fixed?
Is the support and issues also happening with NFPS & Rocket?
