5 days now and i am unable to link mac to new donation code

mac has been verified as good on code checker, but when i try to link mac it tells me unable, i have done this numerous times before with success, but the thing that bothers me is that 5 days has been lost from my new donation code which is not active. i feel cheated, what should i do
