Unable to load channels

Hello yesterday was working perfect on a fire TV the rocket service without any problem then I turned off the fire TV and one hour after I went to my Nvidia shield and until now after 12 hours say "unable to load channels" Of course my only device turned on is the nvidia shield the fire TV is off since yesterday. What could happen? I tried to "clear data" in TV settings, deleted caches in Kodi, reset the device, enable and disable TV in Kodi settings and nothing, also I tried to make a IPTV reset from here https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket and nothing and there say active my Mac id by the same way. What could happen is on maintenance the rocket TV or why I can't login since yesterday after use in my fire TV?

A note: I'm using kodi 15.2 and normal 0.8.4 PVR Stalker.
