You guys know that the server techs rarely visit the support sites. If this is a concern, maybe throwing an e-mail to [email protected] could help, but I really doubt it. Hopefully, the function will be fixed soon. At least no one is reporting issues with the IPTV Reset.

Now I am getting a message "Mac Address Already Exists " .... I never got to successfully set it.

I'm using a mag254 and I'm now trying to tie my mac for the first time.

I'm still getting that my mac already exist and I cannot reset it.

My mac in the donation area is still reading 00:00:00:00:00:00

any suggestion on what I can do ?

it has been 4 days and counting since getting my new donation code and there is no success on linking my mac address. code checker reveals that my mac is good. i am being very patient with the system, but i am VERY FRUSTRATED NOW. i see the days on my donation code getting less and lesser and still not able to enjoy the service. I tried to sign in to to change my Mac adress I copied and pasted my donation number and order number from my email and it's telling me the info I put in is wrong I did it about side times copying and pasting and typing it manually this is driving me crazy is anyone else having this problem ?

I went to papiao site to check my MAC. I put in my donation and order# and it has my old MAC address before I changed it to my AVOV device MAC.

When I try to change the MAC back to my device MAC it says MAC already exists.

I goto just check my device MAC and it says the MAC is already in use.

I did the reset as well and still won't change the MAC.

This is odd. Makes no sense!

I believe they are still working on the donation checkers. I had similar problems earlier of not loading channels on the Kodi PVRs, and can't verify that even IPTV Reset is working ATM.

I used IPTV Reset and now my mag254 is asking me for authentication but when i enter the login and password it doesnt wor kanymore it say Error??? the code is good and valid and the mac address is the same. It work a few days ago. What is going on. And my other box does the same thing

There are current issues with reconnecting and getting a load of channels. If you have a connection, you probably are ok for now. If you didn't change anything, but are trying to connect, its probably an issue with the server.

5 days later and I am still not able to use my subscription for my mag254 this is ridiculous I am unable to link my mac to my donation each time I try I get "mac already exist" and I cannot reset my mac.

Will I ever be able to use my mag254 or I will I have to cancel this service and get a refund.

If you have an issue with a MAC attached to the MAG254, your recourse is to send a picture of your MAGs MAC with your old and new donation numbers, so they can manually clear the MAC from the old donation. [email protected]

Bounty, if it shows already in use then could be it was linked to a older donation. You can unlink from your donation you have now by changing the last 4 numbers/letters exit out and re enter and link. If that does not work do as Dora posted.
