sounds like kodi or your device itself you are using borked a critical file.. although frustrating indeed, there is no way we can prevent something like that from happening.

kodi does have a backup plugin (in the kodi repo).. once you have your box set up the way you like it.. make a backup.. you can even schedule backups to happen nightly.. works great.

for the stalker error you need to go to papiao site to do the iptv reset

get a hold of your reseller he should have provided this.
I know mentioning that's why we recommend to order straight from the sites sounds like a smartass now. but its true unless you know your reseller.
but send him a mail, he should be aware of this.

if you threw it away or lost it, you can try send them a email with the donation number 4 last digits of the credit card, and the email used.
but it will likely take some time if possible at all.

as i stated, im confident this will get corrected. the money/donations are there for the supply of demand. Its just resources, hardware, its not ur internet connection. Iptv will work fine with 3mbs min without lag. its a matter of the service provider to say, hey let me build this up for better than good quality now and reap the profits later. It will get fixed in time.
