Something strange is going on with just one box.
Every 24 hours my friend calls me that his Avov tvonline will not connect. The box keeps asking for the credentials, but the credentials are there but wont connect.
When i go to the MAC checker tool i see that it says something like the MAC is good to join which means the MAC is not registered yet or not being seen.
So i go back and relink the MAC, everything works fine till the next day he calls me again for the same issue. We have been going at this for 3 days now.
Now when i see his number calling i immediately know that he has been kicked out again.
Any ideas, suggestions or is this new or an old known problem?
