Payment completed and no email.

It's been a week and I checked my bank account and the payment was completed but I haven't receive any email my donation info. I tried to use the order status but nothing either it says wait for 24-48 hours it's been a week already. How long this usually take?

There is an issue with trustpay..I have been waiting two weeks now. Try globebill instead.

I am waiting for three orders since 6th used trust pay and global and all I ever get is check spam and junk!! not good fed up with this. can't believe the it. money surely removed from accounts nothing!!but other on straight away after 2mins WTF

If you use gmail, you'll receive the email either on primary or update tab in inbox. Not in "junk" mail. Simply this is taking longer than it has to.

I've waited the 48 hours an my card has already been charged and i have yet to receive a email with my one year subscription. I usually get these within minutes of being charged I am a re seller and I'm getting a lot of pressure from clients, please help asap.
