I reloaded my Mac address at service provider and hit mac address change button then reboot your box.Worked great for me...

All i had to do was go to server setting on the box and connect through there.

Just go to settings and there would be a location for system info and go press ok on factory data reset, and that would clean all and you can
start all over, takes few minuts cheers

I did factory reset, entered all info again, but its keep on USERID and password. I input them but again and again, asking same thing and not connecting
