MAC Already exists?? When trying to relink Mag254 MAC...

I really have no clue as to why I am getting this, I was having issues again today with service so I decided to start fresh.. I'm starting to regret that decision.. I factory reset mag254, I went to papiao.TV/main/search_rocket and deleted Mags MAC clicked on change MAC, I waited for about 10 mins. MAC number was all 00.. Then I went ahead to relink Mags MAC number again by changing MAC to Mags numbers, but now I keep getting this error "MAC Already exists" I tried pretty much everything to my knowledge and still I cannot relink my MAGs MAC Id..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try the IPTV Reset I think they lock the MAC now.
