Dont use email as password use route num

i just wanted to help as many people as i can who are having odd problems with assigning mac,
theres 2 ways to login, dont login using donation num plus email adress as password,

use donation id as user id login, plus the route num mentioned in the email you got, as the password
it will log you in but now, youll notice your account with route num is listed on top, instead of email id,
now try assigning mac/reset , etc,

youll be surprised to see that was the error ,

recap, dont use email id as password, use your route id num. starting with 9xxxxxxxxxxx

I have never seen it ask for an email ID, it always asks for order number and route
