iptv66 website cant see my donation status

Hello, when i check my route on the iptv66 website, i can't get in where it should your status stuff, like how many days remaining, yur mac address, etc, it worked before i did a mac address change. when i goto check mac address it says my mac is good to use. i just cant see the status of my donation account, that page that looks like a chart

This service is becoming a joke. Since they stared changing the authentication process it has been problem after problem. No one seems to know whats happening. I have 3 donations and all stopped working yesterday. I cannot check the routes or check the mac addresses. Nothing on the IKS 66 site seems to work. The forum is full of answers saying just wait or giving instructions that can't be followed because the site doesnt work.
Even before yesterday the service was so poor as to be unwatchable.
Perhaps someone can explain how come the free services are working well and the paid services do not work?
I have been using the full authentication set up since it was introduced. It has successfully connected everyday since. I have not changed anything at all on any device, so I know its not down to me.
Using Kodi 15.2 and Kodi 16 Jarvis. Stalker client 0.8.4.
Its time the whole mess was sorted. The changes were intended to make it better.....not unusable.

sorry my fault when i renewed my subscription i got a new order number, i was trying with the old order number, they looked the same oops
