Portal hidden

Hello,

I have a MAg254 which I bought directly from a provider, with custom firmware flashed that doesn't allow me to see/edit the Portal.

I'd like to try and set it up on my Kodi via Stalker Client, but since I can't get the portal URL, is there another way to get it?

mag254 will not work with Kodi, therefor will not work with Stalker

Use the Gear button on the remote, just below the blue button near the top.
That should take you to an Inner Portal menu with some options.
See if that works to take you to server settings

If the flashed custom firmware is to be able to introduce the API portal (not a stalker portal) probably you will not be able to use this box for NFPS and will not see an Inner Portal menu.

I already tried that, the only servers that it shows is the NTP one, nothing else. Anyhow it seems that MAG254 != Stalker so I wouldn't manage to get it working in Kodi even if I had the portal.

I have the same problem on my mag!
The provider introduced a custom firmware from what i understand and the portals section is hidden.
Now after the sub expired he refuses to unlock it for me.
I've tried resetting it but without any luck the portals remain hidden.
Any ideas?

Go to informir website or google how to flash factory firmware to mag200 or 250
