Obtaining password

For two weeks I have been requesting my password from nfps. I did buy directly from their site. For some reason (likely security) I think I dumped my info...bad mistake, I know, but now I have this problem and they are not being any help at all. Because my mac address is officially "in use", I cannot just make another donation and re-activate it (I tried). It says mac address is in use. I have three donations, all with over 250 days left, and I think nfps should be able to backtrack and one time only be able to give me my password. Otherwise, it doesn't seem like I can use their service until my service is expired in about 250 days. That sucks....has anyone had any luck retrieving their password from nfpa?

Same problem, no response to my e-mail or password re-set. When i renewed my "donation" last Sept. i don't remember being given a username. This is complete BULLS**T !

I had deleted my service email by accident and when I requested my donations and order number again. I got a response within 24 hrs. This was about a month ago.

You're a lucky guy. I guess the only hope I have is to be patient and hope they eventually see that helping good customers is good for their business......
