Error on Papiao Donation site

Trying to IPTV Reset on any MAC I try and this is what I get;

There's an error, You cant reset this MAC
for one of the following reason:
You can't reset a mac without status active.
You cant reset the same mac more than 3 times on a day.
You can't made more than 15 reset 1 a day

All 3 of those statements are false

Okay, I'm trying everything and I just get Authorization fail and Unable to load channels. Going to have to give up soon and get regular cable for my wife :(

Truly difficult. Showed 4 members, only one paid (Saturday) and has been experiencing nothing but crap as usual for his first experience.
