Waiting on new rocket

Just wondering if the Order checker on papiao is down. Placed an order it has been confirmed and have the # and when filled out and I press check it just flips to a new order screen. Old rocket expired yesterday so just wondering. In the past I have just checked the order and got the needed info and 2 out of the 3 times I have ordered in the past i did not receive an email so just looking for info not panicing.

Good news got all the info from the order checker this morning. No email though but I have only received an email once out of 4 orders over the years. Thanks and even though the service can have an issue occasionally 3 days of 5 channels on the antennae makes you appreciate the good work of the people involved.

Placed my order yesterday for multiple codes, and about 10 minutes later, logged onto papiao and I had my conformation of new credits.

Today, while resetting a mac address for a friend, all my credits that initially showed up on the 12th and were there yesterday are gone!

renewed my donation on feb 5 2016 still no email so cant check or change mack don't have order number so what to do
