So besides the terrible horrible weeks we are having here with this service, finally tonight it somewhat started to work.. Somewhat, cause a lot of channels and I mean a lot are not working yet.
But I noticed a message on top of screen when in watching a channel that reads; Connection problem in red, I don't get a freeze or a lost signal but it stays there for a few minutes and then dissapears.
Yes I have entered user and password as indicated and it logged in fine everything is set according to your tutorial, portal loads ok. But why do I keep seeing that " connection problem" message...?

I don't know why the 254s been doing that? But when you see that message, don't change the channel, or reload the portal, or reboot anything or you will probably have nothing to watch! Just continue to enjoy whatever you are watching until the message disappears.

Yep! I was watching DMax, the connection problems box came up on the screen, and a few minutes later, black screen. It would seem the server is down once again.

I have seen many times that in the email the 13 digit route number or 12 digit donation number is missing. The box where it should be is there, just empty. I think it has something to do with how a persons computer reads the document send in the email

I see this because members send me a copy of the email and sure enough , with some, that one box is empty. But upon searching, the donation or route is on tyhe system , just never got read by members reader thru email notifications.
