That all depends on what your needs are and if your ISP blocks certain contains. Setting up a VPN can be very time consuming.

Using VPN for a prolonged period of time can cause you some unexpected problems. For example, if you use one out of the country, some websites like Craigslist will stop allowing you to enter the site. If you have a smartv, like a Samsung, you may see them delete all your apps and change your language.

My suggestion for VPN, use for short periods and restart your modem when finished.
