i need help configuring Stalker Client again

I am looking for either a way to get Stalker Client NFPS on a MXQ PRO that is giving me Dll errors on 15.2

Is the pvr.stalker.nfps different from the Stalker client that is in the spinztv build?

I don't think this is the answer, but minimally the MAC should be 00:1A:78... and not 00:1A:79...

I've downloaded pvr.stalker.nfps-Android-arm-j-zip 31-Jan-2016 22:09 465759 and everytime I go to install from zip file in kodi it says "dependencies not met." What does that mean and how can I fix it?

are you running jarvis if not update to it

The J in the filename stands for Jarvis...Kodi 16. You could either try upgrading to Kodi 16 or choosing the file with I in the name, which stands for Isengard...Kodi 15.

I got the pvr.stalker.nfps working on the MXQ by downloading the plugin for 15.2. However I am running the same Kodi build on a MXQ PRO and it does not work. It will install but throws errors saying either "cant load dll" or it says "addon can not be added" on restart

Is this an easy fix or is there an alternative to pvr.stalker.nfps???

pnguin1 cant put jarvis on tv online box use the i one and turn off live tv when loading file then back on sometimes just redo the mac address and you should be fine

Thank you. I understand that but the i on 15.2 is giving me errors. Since it is an android box, would STB EMULATOR be an option? is there an option besides the Stalker Client NFPS?

usually those type erros are b/c of wrong version platform so, incompatible with the files you are trying with..you may want to make sure the box wasn't loaded with earlier version of kodi, like 14 or so..have you tried a fresh install of 15.2?...otherwise not sure what else , gl

I hadnt thought of that but i checked it and it says 15.2

So i have tried the STB Emulator and it opens to the authenication screen. I put my donation number as the login and password, it does nothing. No matter how many times I try to submit the login and password, it never seems to do anything

I will read over that post thanks. I removed Kodi and reinstalled so it was a fresh 15.2 and it still gave the dll error

are you able to go into settings/profile and send an ID or something?

edit; if not, scroll all the way to the bottom click on advanced settings and check the box on the first line you see "use the old emu method" exit all the way out of the app...restart and see if it connects to server now

assuming you are getting the authentication error

I just checked the "use the old emu method" and restarted the box. It does the same thing. It isnt failing the authentication, it is acting as if i never clicked on the button after typing in the login and password. It just sits there no matter how many times i push it.

wow, im getting "my" mxq shipped and arrive today or tomorrow..will see whats what...otherwise sounds like a s/w issue and to resolve i would remove it (if thats even possible) or replace and/or reinstall same file ..one would think there has to be a conflict that happened at the time it was installed or dll'd from the apk?? especially if you are not getting an error appear whilst trying to connect? running out of thoughts, sorry

will report back, if yours not connected and see what happens at this end just for comparison

Correct i have not installed that mac on any other device. This is the mxq and i have had the same dll error on all 4 mxq pro boxes i have. I have only tried to install the stb emulator on 1 of the boxes but expect it to act the same. I had a mxq non-pro that loaded everything perfect.

but this was with kodi app, right? otherwise have you tried installing the emu on other boxes and see if you can connect? curious, thats quite a handful to deal with..are you a re-seller by chance?

The dll error is with kodi when trying to load the stalker client nfps. I have not tried to add the stb to other boxes but I will. They are all the same box so i expect the same result. Yes I am a reseller

you know it could be what kodi your running and is your box updated to all new files out there for me when i got that a mac change fixed it thats all i can tell you try and update the mxq box first

ok, for now ill stick with Emu IRD and see if it connects (when mine arrives) and i think its pre-loaded with Kodi 15.2 and will work off that afterwards but i know already the stalker client is quirky having tried with my PC OS via 15.2 so will see..my other cheap android box (4.1.2) can only run kodi 14 helix hence why will be trying the mxq (another cheap android) just to get kodi 15.2 stalker running

okay , recv'd that same streamer model and went ahead and installed the stb emu - double checked all settings, mac addy /made sure to check the box for "send device ID"/ backed out and exited out to log in page...but first, went here https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket ...to change the mac addy for this device..it was succesful, and so now i enter in my user/pass info and gave me the "auth error" ...so, go back to papiao and double check mac is updated to the one i chnaged to and now all was left to do is click on "iptv reset" and once it was successful..i go to my app and exit out and reload and had to re-enter my log in info and it connected...

check it out (if you haven't already) and these steps worked for me on the same MXQ streamer, so, did you get er goin'?

you can still just use the built in stalker client, you only need to enter a few more things than the nfps version.
and it is not like its difficult, just takes a little more time.

the only thing I see wrong is the 00:1A:79 prefix which should be 00:1A:78

serial 13 digits
device id's and signature you can keep at 4 or 5, I use 4
and ofcause the login the is the donation

if you used the same mac on a previous install or box there might already be attached serial info to the mac (there definatly is now that you used the emulator), try change to a new mac before you setup the client. or maybe the new iptvreset clears that info, I kinda suspect so. it could be doing something completely different though.

if you got the emulator to work, just forget it if that is enough for you it is easier to use than kodi is you do not know him. :)

edit; but yeah for sure the stalker client nfps has many quirks and causing errors right now...i was going to tackle that next on kodi v15.2..but for sure sounds like the original stalker is prob the way to go for now..theyll prb get it sorted soon enough one would think...

I never had any issues with dvbken's simplified client given its the correct android version (or OS), problem is most if not all new boxes come with a never os therefore more and more people with android boxes get the dreaded 'dll not found' error :/. i'm sure he will fix it along the way though and its 'only' happening on never android boxes, the windows, osx, raspberry pi versions does not have this issue to my knowledge.

its not a file..its the s/w version of the app..some have the device id some don't so the checking the old emu box was my back up on other android emu iptv

this time i was able to see the device id option

check the portal in settings and see if the address is correct ... 11.iptvrocket.tv for now and let us know what error you are getting after entering your user/pass (donation)

There are different version of the emulator. That is why i was asking what link you installed it from so i could make sure I have the same version. I downloaded mine form a link on this forum. same file as yours most likely? or you can install the app fromgoogle store as i idd and this one loaded as the one with the device id version...so who knows and as i pointed out in my recent post on "my" steps..

What remote URL do you put in?

the middle one I guess since we are in the rocket section, its best to use the full url, in clients above 0.8.4 its needed coz they do not redirect.

EDIT: I just tried 11.iptvrocket.tv, and that url does not redirect anymore, so that might be your problem!
tested portal.iptvrocket.tv/stalker_portal/c/ and that works.

btw. you probably know this by now:
use a new mac address that does not have previus serial/device id attached. ie one that you have not used.
again I have no idea if the new iptvreset button wipes this info, it would be neat. you can always try but the sure way is to change to a 'fresh' mac addres.

then setup the client.
