I donated yesterday and got my information back 12 hours later, however nothing seems to be working on the website? Mainly im trying to acquire a mac address and i just keep getting server error? (seems lots of people are currently having issues as well) Does anyone know if there is a fix coming soon or am I outta luck for a while. Very frusturating to pay for a new toy and it not work after patiently waiting... Are there any other options out there that work that offer monthly subscriptions? If I would have thrown out a years worth of cash for this i would be maad..

I'm new like you and maybe I was lucky to have it working within 5 minutes. But to be honest this is not a service that I would recommend to non-geeks or people without tons of patience and time to read several threads from time to time

Thanks, Iv tried the main website and papiao and none of them work. I tried the link that you left and it says web page unavailable just like the rest of them.... Im kinda geeky but I have kids so my time is limited... I read as much as i can however in my limited available time...
Im going to be using kodi with stalker add-on for now. Do you know if i should make a mac address with 78 or 79 in it? seems to be 79 was the old number to use and now its 78...?

I just tried https://iks66.tv/main/search and it loads fine for me... but I can't login once I enter my order #, route # and the captcha.
It's strange because I never had any problem to login so I guess they are changing something (I will stop trying just in case they lock my account).

By the way, try to see if that url loads with Chrome or Firefox private mode... or try from your phone. It should load with the normal mode but...

For kodi it's 78 not 79, so change it from 79 to 78.
In the PVR Stalker NFPS addon (the one from **********) enter the last 6 chars only (do not enter 00:1A:78:) and as donation number enter the route number from your email.

If it still doesn't work click on reset Mac address once you have been able to login on the url I posted

Im getting those exact same results. Every once in a while I cant even get to the login screen though. Im also using the ********** addon so thanks for confirming that. I appreciate all the help. If i can ever get any of this to work I may go to a STB if thats the better route but i want to confirm the quality of service before i invest a bunch of money...
