US TV framerate

I have problems with US channels (germany). The are jerking all the time. All other european are fine.
I tried as setting: ntsc, 50/60, 720p/60, 720p/50. and a lot more. On satreceiver I changed it to 60Hz and US channels are not jerking but on MAG 254 the 60 seems not to change something...

I've been wondering about this too. I don't get jerking but I've always wondered if it the Auto framerate settings make a difference. I've seen a lot of people on here say that they just leave it disabled. I've done that as it seems my tv kept re-adjusting itself whenever I changed from a US 60 Hz stream to a European 50 Hz one and it was getting a bit annoying. You could try putting it disabled and see if that helps.

I have mine on 50/60Hz. I noticed the euro channels like 50Hz and U.S is 60Hz.

For consumers from Europe :

1) Regular analog TV ( " cinch plugs " )
-Video mode: PAL
-Graphic resolution: Same as video
-Auto framerate: Disabled

2) HD ready TV (HDMI)
-Video mode: 1080i- 50 (Choose 720p- 50 , if a 1080i- 50 get blurred image with moving letters)
-Graphic resolution: Same as video
-Auto framerate: 50/60 Hz

3) Full HD (HDMI)
-Video mode: 1080p- 50 (Choose 1080i- 50 , if a 1080p- 50 get blurred image with moving letters)
-Graphic resolution: Same as video
-Auto framerate: 24/50/60 Hz

Does the Auto framerate make much of a difference? Is it better on 24/50/60 Hz vs Disabled? I'm honestly curious about this so your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The highest current commercially available frame rate is 300 FPS, which the BBC has been playing around with for some of its sports broadcasts (no, not for cricket) and is could prove quite helpful in the future as it can easily be stepped down to both 50 Hz and 60 Hz without a lot of effort.

here in usa its 60 but germany cant tell you i know its not 60 because you are pal and i see its 50 from reading

the major channels are running good now (abc,cbs)
but some moviechannels are not perfect...
