I posted this in the general thread and did not get a response. I am hoping it will fair better over here. My self and a friend both bought IPTV66 subscriptions on Thursday.. Its now Monday the money has not been taken out of either of our accounts and neither one of us have TV.. We both checked our order status and it says allow 24 to 48 hours after purchase. We are both approaching 96 hours and still have no clue when we might be activated.... I am ready to find an IPTV service that actually wants my money!!!!!

No money moved?? Well that would tell me the donation did not go through. Make sure of that before trying again.

2 different cards ordered at different times on different computers. His statement says pending for the withdrawal of the money. It does not show up on mine at all. Its pretty frustrating at this point.

You can call your cc company and ask to enable the charge. There is also the issue that your cc may not allow internatiobal transactions. If that's the case, you'll need to use an alternative form of payment.

You need to wait if money moved from your cc and some have a wait time of several weeks.

On my case , I spent like 3 or 4 days on "Pending" Status ... Now the card went through and was even charged a fee for the international purchase . So evidently my card was charged correctly. Now I'm In the phase were payment has been made but I still get the " please allow blah blah " . I predict they have more demand than their personel can handle. But the lack of info and response on their part has me wandering.

Can someone past this phase share their experience ? Does anyone know how many days "really " take them to process and order ? ... Or my worst fear ... Are orders not being processed at all ?

Day 9 here! Money was taken out of card seconds after purchase, but have heard nothing since. Have sent email with order number, but still no reply. Starting to think it is being held up at the middle man.

In my experience, its always been instant. Like I order and then an email is in my inbox with route details so im not sure why there are delays with it if the card was successfully charged.

I have saw that with many people, they get email instantly. But Murphy seems to follow me around and attempt to sabotage everything I do. At this point, I feel I am just stuck playing the waiting game..

So it has taken 5 days for the money to be removed from my account.. But of course I still can not watch T.V. I go to the order checker page and its down go figure. I entered all the data into IPTV simple client and I get the Authentication Failed message. Just to confirm does anyone know if the donation number is the same as the order number? That's what I used in the app. I also did receive a username/password with my order. Sending out directions with the order confirmation would be a great idea!!!!!!!!!

I did "Reset IPTV", now the authentification is ok, I have the channels list, but the channels doesn't work !!!

Did you receive an email after, with route info? The email will contain all of the information needed to fill in your data fields. I am waiting for an email myself to finish my setup, order number is not enough for it to work.

IPTV simple client may not work anymore, but I am not sure about that 100%
The Order # is 16 digits while the IKS66 route number (User and Pass) is 13 digits for iks66, but sometimes 12 digits

if you are checking your roiute , then that means that you have your route (13 digit number)
These other members have not received route or with some not a confirmation either.



Hey guys, the biggest thing that holds this up is if there was not enough money on the card and it did not get passed the payment portal. Or the card was not international excepted.
From what I seen is the people that talk directly to their bank before sending anything away are those that will get their route very quickly.
You have to remember that there are fees involved that the portal charges and xchange rate if applicable.
The bank will ask who the payment is for and you do not know that answer but a ballpark figure of the price will be enough for the bank to pre-approve the transaction.

I got an email immediately with my user information. As of Tomorrow it will have been 7 days since I sent in my subscription. They finally took my money yesterday but yet I still have no tv. The website to check your order status went down just about the same time they took my money.. I am really getting frustrated!!!!


IS ANY ONE FROM IPTV66 ACTUALLY READING THESE COMMENTS?

Had plenty on my card, the amount taken out was an odd amount which I am guessing was the international fee. The money came off the card within seconds of purchase, it has now been 10 days and I have heard nothing. I have used the card for international purchases before. Does all of the portals work the same, or are we all possibly being held up by the same one?

This seems like a bad deal for everyone , I have a moderator helping me out with my issue but he is almost powerless as all he can do is send messages to the proper people .

I paid December 15th and it's Feb 10th and I still never got a conformation email with router / donation number or anything.

They really should switch it back how it was before last weeks security update. People work hard for their money and want to get what they paid for ! I would suggest making a phone call to the back and getting the charges reversed if your issue isn't cleared up.

Obviously by now we can all see IKS66 is NOT the vendor to go though .

Exactly !

I am a business owner so I know what it's like , If I didn't do what I said I would, I would be shut down and FAST .

This is a tricky deal as we all know it's not 100% reliable , BUT and I stress the word BUT .. I DO think IKS66 should at the very least post a comment , or send a mass email stating the issues , and or whats going on . Leaving people in limbo wondering what is going on is NOT a good thing to do. They need to be a little more fair and responsible.

I have seen multiple member post that they have send 20 to 30 emails them selves in just a few days. I seen some post that they have gotten a reply after 12 emails stating that they have received your emails. Then another 10 or 20 get send and no reply. Then madness sets in.

Fact is why some do not see results is because they the server adminds do not see your donation show o their servers yet. In them cases it is been held up or refused at payment portal, for one reason or another. I seen this multiple times, thru members posted comments and thru what the server admins may see.
The server admins can not send you something they do not have, meaning your donation they have not seen yet.
To answer or respond to them 1000 emails daily is not something that can be done, or at least not efficiently without taking ones entire time.

So let me re-phrase this..current system needs improvement big time! You wouldn't be getting 1000 emails a day if you had an efficient system to begin with correct? Look at Amazon for example. you purchase and you have the ability to find all your details about the purchase. they update you on the progress, if your payment doesn't clear they notify you immediately. They don't have a canned 24-48 hour message on order status. You know exactly when/where your order is at all times. This is information that is needed by the buyer. This is what works and makes businesses successful.

I agree with Crazed 2.0 ... The amount of complaint emails must be way more than they can handle . But , I also agree that not posting their issues or not sending mass emails apologizing and explaining the situation is unacceptable .

I believe that they scan for their sales manually ( using the human eye ) and they start picking random orders that have been approved and process them . This is only a theory , but it's the only way I can think of that explains why some people get it in 2 days and others in 2 months with no chronological order whatsoever. I think is just a matter of getting picked up .

If that is the case , their system is totally inadequate . I think that since they handle thousands of customers , the system should be automated. But I also understand that it most be hard to achieve that , since most transactions don't pay them instantly . To be honest if it was me , I wouldn't know how to do it other than manually searching for approved transactions . So I kinda understand that, but not being active on the forum , not sending emails saying " We are taking more than usual to process orders " .. and that sort of thing .

Is totally unacceptable...

I am in the same boat. Money was taken out of my CC last Friday but I have no email or confirmation. I keep checking my inbox everyday as well. It is very frustrating but I am so glad that this forum exists and that I only paid for the one month trial.
Stupid me even forgot to write down the order number.:(

Crazed 2.0 was helping me and even forwarding messages to IKS account admins since I paid December 15th and never got an email conformation , Still even with Crazed 2.0 helping me I have nothing.............

totally unacceptable and horrible experience if you ask me.

I shouldn't have to pay and order another subscription when the first one failed. That makes no sense. I am going on one week now with no login information and the money gone from my CC. Can Crazed or one of the mods help me out?

heck no you should not need order another subscription unless the other one didnt go through i tell you this its been slow getting codes and they are working hard to fix that for most part it never went past 72 hrs got mine in 4 mins that was 9 months ago so hold on all will be fixed and yea it sucks i wouldn't lie and i try to help when i can they really are working on it

well i plan to get two more boxes for my entire house .. so i still needed anyway ... so no big deal the payment was complete the 4 so today is the 12 i will give u couple more week so far i have only one box .. and is not a mag is nexus player running the emulator sometime the emulator crash .. so i prefer get the real deal .. MAG254 i hear i can record in this model hope is true..

waiting two weeks after payment cleared nothing! anyway renewed another donation nothing! brought another new donation nothing😀😀its was a great service can't believe how terrible wrong it's gone! very complex but i liked Epg! glad to know I am not the only one in this position. if I ever receive my donation will it have any days left😢😢😢

Well I got my first route about a month ago and got the email with all the details within seconds. Today, having two days left I renewed and again got the updated info instantly. Note: the order number changes when you renew and it is shown on the confirmation email. The route stays the same.

I always make screen shots when I'm dealing with any payments online so I have plenty of info to fall back on.

Just out of curiosity, what payment portal did some of you others with problem use? I used Trustpay, the money was deducted from my card almost instantly, received an order number. But that is the extent of it, I am going on two weeks and still no email. Just wondering if the payment portal could be what is holding us all up? Some get emails and info within minutes and others are stuck in an email stalking waiting game. So did some of you that got info promptly use another portal?

I used TrustPay on Jan 30th, it worked within 24 hours and I got my donation email. I ordered another route on Feb 10th using TrustPay, same card, and I still haven't got my new route # yet. I hope I get it. It sucks to buy a month and have 2 weeks left by the time you get an email.

Kind of what I was thinking, was just curious about the payment methods and if there was a pattern. Looks like there are enough people in limbo, maybe we will get an idea if the portal could be the issue. Shooting in the dark at this point...

well i bought from iks66.com they charge me and the same day they send me the donation number and detail the email was on the spam folder but still my mac dont work or my service it been 2 days my order statu says running but the login they send me says error

you will need to link or relink the MAC to the iks66 route number.
But right now you can not do that because the website is not working, temporarily.
