Can't get past authentication logon/password window

I Can't get past authentication logon/password window. I tried using order number in both login and password window, I also tried to use route and order number and I tried to reset. Nothing worked. Any suggestions? Would appreciate the help, Thanks!

Hang in there. There appears to some major server issues going on. I am down with my Mag254 and I have been a registered user for over a year. Don't give up. Please wait, it could be fixed this evening or maybe tomorrow.

I installed the newest software which is R14. I did all 3 of my mags and all work perfect. Try loading the R14
