Fix for blue bar not loading !!!!!

1. Unplug the Internet cord or Wi-Fi from your box

2. Unplug the power from box count to five then plug back in

3. When you get the error page move down to setting and Hit Ok

4. Now replug in your Internet/USB Wi-Fi

5. While on the settings page move down to the bottom showing software update Hit OK

6. Hit Ok / F1 to perform this upgrade ( this will take a little bit of time to go 0 to 100% )

7. The unit will reboot and load back up you should be seeing your normal screen TV All tv !!!

8. If you still get the blue bar coming up not loading with yellow don't worry just unplug the power for five seconds plug it back in and you're done wait and watch TV

9. Some of you might also need to put your username and password in still if you haven't already done so which you will have to get from your provider

I have a mag 275. I followed your instruction on in but it keeps asking for the login and password and after that it stays in the blue screen with a little of yellow only. Any help on that please. Thanks.

Your problem is with your provider you need to get the donation number and put it in. Then restart
