when I put in my new credentials it will not accept them keeps popping back up to input them.Have checked and double checked am putting them in correctly. Thanks for any help

reset IPTV and wait 30 seconds and then connect!!

ok I just did it now it shows locked tried to go back and reset again but it will not let me says There's an error, You cant reset this MAC
for one of the following reason:
You can't reset a mac without status active.
You cant reset the same mac more than 3 times on a day.
You can't made more than 15 reset 1 a day.
it is active even shows active
