My experience has been probably 5 out of 10.
1.Pricing is a little high for IPTV only users
2. Buffering issue needs to be fixed
3. Not all channels are in average viewing quality
I do hope this gets addressed within the future.
I would be happy to even give 8 out of 10 if the buffering would get fixed,
Usually happening in the evening, meaning high server load. Obviously they dont have resources like netflix, but they dont have the customer demand as them as well.
Hope to see better service in the future.

Are you sure its the channels bufferring and not your internet? I had the same problem but noticed it was my internet on Wifi being the issue.(due to the range) Im not seeing any buffering issues using Kodi on Amazon Fire tv stick.

The lack of answers and customer service is what gets me the most.

I would have given 9 out of 10 about 6 months ago...now IKS showing limited channels with very few HD and combined with IPTV issues lately and little to no communication from "providers" I give it 1/10 and that may be generous

I like the title of this THREAD ! So I need to post here to follow it..LOL
I get what I paid for............the price went up and the service went down ! As a I.T. guy I don't think its going to get better :( As the word spreads about cheap TV and the Internet is a BIG spreader ! LOL
Now to explain why its not going to get better. Remember how Comcast and the other internet providers extorted Netflix to pay so consumers could get less buffering ! =http://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2014/04/after-netflix-pays-comcast-speeds-improve-65/
Internet providers know who is sucking up bandwidth and IPTV is no exception and being that its illegal it can never strike a deal to expand it :( So I will enjoy it as long as I can. But the more they sign up a lot of us users will not !
