STB Emu VOD and adult working but live channels not working

I am using stb emulator pro, the VOD and adult channels work but the live channels do not seem to be able to load, the channel list and guide work but channels and black screen, can someone help explain what is going on?? thanks

bottom line is, we can't do anything as users. If you can log in and get VOD your setup is correct. we can only wait whilst the server side is fixed..............................

finally live channels are coming in on my fire tv with latest stb emulator, lot of freezing though but a start.....

the only channel that worked for about 30 seconds was Bloomber then the box froze and had to force stop the app.

bloomberg tv is working good. for me this channel doesn't freeze at all.
I believe it is free channel.
