Started up mygica 1800e this morning and it shows the channels etc but black screen with "AUTHENTICATION PROBLEM" at the top of the screen and the channels won't come in. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I have a Mag 254 downstairs that is working find which I shut off just in case they were in conflict but they have been working perfectly in unison with separate id's and order No.s foor a year now. I have re started or rebooted the machine several times and unhooked the power to reset but with no differences.

everything Buffers like a crazy, the service/channels are Unwatchable at this moment... The channels that don't buffer are not even loading at all. I tried kodi on windows, android, stb emulator, and my old mag254.

I am as patient as anyone but its time to get your subscribers up and running regardless of your concerns about your service being hijacked. Until you can guarantee service your responsibility is to your customers. If I am saying it then you can be sure that everyone who is effected feels the same.

If you checked the AVOV forum, you would see that there are others that aren't currently working as well. Please stay on topic on reporting what are problems. I understand the frustration over the maintenance, but it's necessary to keep the service viable and secure. IPTV Stalker is not compliant... you really shouldn't be using it.

Hey asft, if papiao is not working for me, and i cant get an IPTV Reset is theres anything else i can do ? Ive read the forums, but none of the troubleshooting work for me. Few days ago, i couldn't reset my IPTV, since last night i cant even search my donation because it says im using the wrong information, using the same that worked to login days back. I been waiting but, i dont know what else to do. It wont hurt asking if theres anything ive missed. Thanks in advance and sorry I bet theres alot of people like me asking too.

Thanks for the answer, well i changed my mac on the donation checker, but it went back to my old one. And I also tried changing it on the Stalkver NFPS PVR, but It didnt worked either. I guess ill keep waiting.

iptv reset confirmed, mac address correct, authentication activates inmediately, yellow bar full load, channel list and program guide loads with no problem.
ALL regular channels and videoclub no image loading whatsoever, what the heck happen to the server, its programming and the service we paid for?

Some are seeing invalid format. Others are not loading they keep experiencing an authentication prompt. The mac addresses seem to have been changed back. So i hoping by tomorrow they will have resolved all the issues.

That's the fun of being a business owner! This really shouldn't be a business if you want to keep customers.. This should be for family and friends with the understanding that this is a backup for extra channels when it's up and working good! This should not be promised as a " cable cutting" option.. If anyone represents this as that you are going to have a lot of unhappy customers😉 this is not some get rich sceam! If Anyone is thinking that this is a get rich quick stop now and do some reading... This is NOT MEANT AS A CABLE CUTTING OPTION PERIOD!

Running Kodi 15.2 with Stalker Client 0.8.4. with rocket. On a Sony Bravia Android Based smart TV.

Channels on the 200's ok.
Most channels below or above not working. Getting tons of freezing and ALSO "Can not reach stream URL" on some channels.

all Channels are buffering every 10 - 15 secondes is impossible to watch any of the channels. Yesterday and for the last 3 weeks it was working fine no buffering.

Minix Win10, Kodi 16.1, Staker Client 1.0.8. Internet speed 60MB download, 7MB upload. Im able to stream any of the NFL games at this moment with no buffering using the Pro-Game addon.

Everything was going fine for a while until yesterday when a dialog box suddenly appeared that says "SYSTEM ERROR - Your box is blocked by server. Please contact your service provider. It appears the channels that are down are restricted principally to US channels. This happens from time to time. Don't make any changes to your settings. They'll be back soon.

IPTVchannels.com will get you to subscribe for one year but after two months cut you off then tell you to call them but theydon't reply this been going on since September this year is it someone to report this to?
