Stalker authentication fail error

My ip tv was working fine and now I am receiving these errors.

Stalker client could not load.
Stalket authentication failed

Nothing happened when I tried.

Nothing is working for either pvr stalker or nfps pvr stalker. I have tried the reset, nothing. It's been 3 days now with authentication error on both. I have an android mbox it doesn't work on my samsung phone either.

I have been trying everything to resetting all information then re-entering it.
