asking for username and password

I have a mag254 followed all the instructions from the setup guide, but I am getting a username and password. I am putting the donation number as username and password, but still get a RED Error message.

Do I reset IPTV on Papiao, there is a new button where you check your donation and restart your box!!!

Thanks the IPTV reset worked and it is working. However, the performance is not that great as I am getting freezing and takes a few for the channels to come up. My internet connection is very good and I am connected hard wired.

I pay iptv plus free Iks but not work says error please help thank you
