Donation help changing Mac

Hello all, I hope someone can help me with this issue.
I renewed 3 of my donations in December and all was well. I registered each
mag 254 with their specific donation. Well now all 3 of the donations have the
same mac address (one of the three I inputed) and they will not take the change
when I change the mac to the proper address. All looks good when I attempt to change
the address but it does not stick, just reverts back to the mac address I'm trying to change.

hAVE HEARD THIS COMPLAINT............many times....... and have not heard of a solution for it.................
