I cannot do an IPTV reset No matter what I do, and I tried everything... Why?

Can someone please explain me why is this happening..?

Every single time I try to do an IPTV reset I get the following error.

"There's an error, You cant reset this MAC
for one of the following reason:
You can't reset a mac without status active.
You cant reset the same mac more than 3 times on a day.
You can't made more than 15 reset 1 a day."

NO matter what I do and tried everything. :(

They locked you out for the day. Try again tomorrow. You could try a different MAC, but I'm not sure if it will reset automatically anymore.

Do you think tomorrow will work? is a new mac and I got that error message on the first try.
Also can you please clarify as to what did you referred to when you said "but im not sure it will reset automatically anymore"

It's just a gut feel, but changing a MAC should reset the values attached to the donation, but I have this feeling that they didn't code it that way, that you need to reset the mac manually as well. I don't know why it didn't actually give you three resets.

ok. but, I tried changing macs(is this what you mean by changing it manually?), changing port, and then IPTV reset and still didnt work for me... Are you having this issue or have you heard from someone having this issue recently?

Both. :( The server people don't communicate well, even with selected staff.

Yeah that is unfortunately no bueno, communication is key on these matters.. Specially now this is a paid service im sure people expect a bit more than the free model. I can tell people are angry by reading all the posts everywhere in this forum.

The same is happening to me, I am not able to get it working because I cannot reset IPTV, the change mac address doesnt work either.

Today is working for me to be able to reset and change on the panel, but now the problem is most 99% of the channels buffers and the ones that don't, well does channels dont even load anymore...

Problem im having is when i enter login and password and hit ok it says error and then nothing?

What are your video settings? Advanced video settings? The default needs to be changed, BTW!
