how do I get my order/donation # to log on to my mag 254, I lost the email that they were in. my mag 254 worked fine before this new log in requirement. I tried to do a mac address search and it shows the mac as still active.
You will need to send an e-mail to
[email protected] with your MAC, last 4 digits of the payment card and the e-mail you had the donation sent to. It will help to send a picture of the MAC from the box as well. This may take a while because of the crush of e-mails that they are getting. I'm not sure if they have a way to get the donation number from only a MAC though, but you have a better chance with a MAC from a MAG than others.
