mine says please contact your provider to register this device again.
I reset mac address and worked last night but this morning it is blocked again with that message.
Who has the same problem?

I did see that earlier today, but then managed to get access. Still no TV though...

did you reset mac address? or did it work by itself?
mine didn't work over an hour so I reset mine and worked.
