Simple Question for Rocket / NFPS

Hey there, seems to me many many activation issues - and a high percentage of users unable to connect.

Simple terms, is http://portal.iptvrocket.tv or http://11.iptvrocket.tv or NFPS portal down?

I am solely an HTPC OpenElec user. Granted did use the IPTV Stalker add-on, and was working sweet until less than 24 hours ago, could even connect using the PVR Stalker Client.

So what is the deal?

If HTPC users, or used to depend on the Addon, what is required going forward?

And please please, is everything down for maintenance...........appears to be hundreds of threads but no claification on what is going on.

After three days I finally got the yellow bar to activate, verified and changed mac address, reset iptv and yet after the "ok" button on the aunthetication finally worked
the yellow bar starts and after various reboots, its stuck on the same percentage (about 15%) of its full capacity for the past 3 hours.
System overload??????........

I just bought Mag 254 last week it worked only one day and it is not loading any more.

the son of a friend with same authentication and loading problem did a software update through the system settings, problem solved.
after four and half hours with a stuck yellow bar, I did the software update and all channels up and running.
1. go to system settings, under f4 blue remote key, press.
2. on left hand column go to bottom of column, activate "software settings"
3. select URL: http://mag.infomir.com..ua/254/r2/imageupdate
4. Press OK
the new version is #218 of Fri. Jan 15, 2016 description: 0.2.18-r14-254

I did it but still stuck in the yellow bar

Mine has worked after the second day . I did the IPTV reset the day everyone was having problems. The next day loaded up like usual, I only did an upgrade yesterday.
