username/password error

Ok after trying for several day trying to get IPTV work. Today is a success. Previous days, I got the yellow bar not fully loading. Several days of username/password error. And last 2 day cannot verify my donation number and MAC address at https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket. I was getting server error. Just a few minutes ago, I was able to go to https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket, was able to verify my donation and Mac. I followed what other users has done successfully in this order.
1. verify my Donation and MAC at https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket. Need you Order Id #.
2. Power up my Mag254 and entered my username and password on the appropriate boxes. Cursor down to ok, DID NOT PRESS OK.
3. went back to my computer and, RE verifying my donation and MAC address are correct at https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket. I press IPTV RESET.
4. went back to the TV and pressed "OK" at the username/password
5. yellow bar loaded tv working

By the way, I had a back up for watching TV... An Attic Antenna and the FTA was working... not everything but something.

But every time I put the user in my mag254 says error

Yes I'm following everything
But says error
Same user password using for my jynbox
And it's working but no for my mag254
