Donation time frame?

Just a quick question, i ordered from one of the providers, not reseller and when I enter my order number it says allow us 24-48 hours to process your order My card was charged immediately after the donation, but i'm going on day five with no response from seller. So is it possible they are running slow due to changes feb 1st? First time with the donation, so I really do not know what to expect. Thanks for any info...

Yes, it is slow now because off the changes. I don't think anyone can offer an accurate estimate at this time.

They are having major problems right now so everything could be slow. If you are expecting a reply have a look in your email spam folder. Sometimes
replys end up there.
