Chrome Browser on KODI

I'm sure this has been covered previously but i cant find anything on here, can i get Chrome browser to work within KODI on my AVOV TVOnline+ box... if anyone knows how please learn me.

i dont have an avov.. but you should be able to access any android app from programs >android apps
