I am getting the same thing when I try to reset my account. I also tried stopping and starting the account and still nothing. My MAG 250 is just not loading.

Edit:- This make no sense at all. I have tried to change the MAC address on papiao as it shows some random address which bears no relation to what I had before or what I have input into Kodi installed on my Avov. Since I wrote my first reply here TV has come back on! How when the MAC address are all mismatched?
At first look the guide is screwed up but I can cope with that and will leave alone now until it settles down further.
