Hi Folks, I am a new member and have a MAG 254 box, I purchased 8 IPTV donations from the link on IKSRocket web site (login to papiao.is to manage the donations). All of my users that were provided with donation numbers are getting the Authentication popup for Login and Password - started Feb 2nd.
I've enter the donation number associated with the MAC address for my donation into both authentication fields (based on feedback from other users in this forum). Pressing OK immediately returns an error message and rebooting just take me back to the authentication popup. Needless to say users are frustrated with the inability to receive service that was paid for.
I would appreciate someone from Rocket to state what the issue is and provide an ETA when this will be resolved or remove authentication until tested properly.
