My rocket status shows as "inactive" with 0 days left

I just got my order number from my reseller and checked my rocket. I should be "active" with 11 days left. Why is this happening? Could some one please help me get this rocket active for my remaining 11 days.

Mine to through rocket checker says zero but through papiao says the days reaming not sure what is happening
