Mac is linked to two donations at the same time
i linked a mac to my donation with success .........checked another donation and it is linked with my same mac...how can that be ?
Both donations are brand new......................never were linked before................using Avov tv-online V2

the same thing is happening to me.
same MAC for 2 different donations.
got both in the same order

resetting the MAC does not fix this issue

it has to be papiao's problem as floder stated with all that's going on there are issues with everything right now
Please be patient and give them time to work things out

no order # why not just use username and password like IKS to change Mac Addy ...

What kind of BS is this? Now we are restricted to perform resets on active MACs according to portal:

There's an error, You cant reset this MAC
for one of the following reason:
You can't reset a mac without status active.
You cant reset the same mac more than 3 times on a day.
You can't made more than 15 reset 1 a day.

Problem with this is it seems after you reset you loose 3-15 days off your account.

Same problem here. Was getting a spinning blue bar. So I did an IP reset and now I just keep getting Authentication Error. Looks like I also have two donations linked to the same mac address. Hoping someone has a solution.

Having the same problem here ,and not happy about it.
send them a couple of e-mails ,but no answer so far.
i have patience but when you are one day late what happens huh ?????

this happened to me too i have 3 donations and all have the same mac and of course the time it ticking down and cant use 2 of my donations grrrrrrrr
