Server url for Kodi 16+

Hello, not sure why I can't find it now but what are the server paths for Kodi 16+?
I read before that with Kodi 16+ the url changed from '11.iptvprivateserver.tv'

I want to install Kodi 16 because apparently the custom groups created for channels problem is fixed in 16. Thx
