I would venture that the group here may be valiant in their efforts to calm the tidal wave of disgruntled users.

But for the love of God! Next freaking time you do something major ... bloody have a plan in place and some alpha/beta users to validate that the freaking thing works.

So I am out several boxes and it has not worked... I tried the laughable wishlist of "Try this" - "Try that" - "Get this version, Get that Version" of lord knows what app from where.

So when will the NFPS folks step up and say "We messed up" - "Sorry for the inconvenience, but please come back once your donation expires... the service may be stable by then".

Seems almost like one of those Gyms that sells amazing discounts on January 1st knowing that by January 12th alll those newbies will stop coming to the gym.

I GUESS they don't call it a Donation for no reason right?
