Try a hard reset... unplug the avov, then see if it connects and pulls channels. If it still doesn't work, do an IPTV Reset on the donation checker.

Thanks dara, I tried a IPTV reset this morning and it said reset. Didn't unplug unit, will try.
If no luck should I do another reset and unplug unit?

I have used factory reset about four times. It is connected via LAN, it downloads TV Online, updates itself at 1.05. Click on "Update Software", nothing happens.
My route number is correctly linked with my last three groups of mac number from the Avov mac.
I have used "IPTV Reset" button from https://iks66.tv/main/search
I set url to: 66.iptv66.tv[COLOR=#333333]
Login and pass: the route number in both places. It keeps asking the login without connecting. Pressed the red button (connect to server) the waiting icon keep spinning without ending.
From what I have seen in this thread, folks have a higher s/w such as 1.07 but how the heck do I get the proper update since the update button doesn't do anything and after factory reset it keep downloading 1.05. This is happening during the last two days. Is the firmware update a problem in this case that I cannot connect?
What else should I do?

The first 3 sets are 00:1A:79 and not 00:1A:78 (as seen for pvr clients)
Use the exact MAC that the avov shows you

firmware should not be an issue. Leave that alone for now.

its keeps asking me over and over to enter my credentials and wont connect. credentials box is checked with same code for user and pass, I linked my mac and also have used the reset button, im currently locked out for 24hours but the code was still active. Also I have a vixo 2 that's running with no issues so no network problems. what else is there to do here?

I just purchased 6 AVOV 2 tvonlines and they updated to the build 1.0.8 also connects but no channels are coming through. I thought it was a bad batch of boxes or clones but you guys have the same isuues with your versions but other of my friends with that model do not report any issues what could it be. I requested a return what do had this trouble sence Saturday the same boxes work well in my slow dsl speed 6, but on fast cable connections or other DSL network same issues please tech team what is going on?

Yes, this actually works well with the avovs when there seem to be connection issues.
Get into that Server Settings menu and high-lite the server and use the red button to connect.
You could wait till the loading circle completes before exiting to Live TV or you could try exiting without waiting... both ways seem to work.

see i think it has lots do with your internet provider not the box or server think it has something to do with that im on many boxes and i dont get that but one maybe two time month on different boxes so i think its the company you use for internet im guessing on this but i think im right bet you can take the box to friends house and all will be fine just for the heck of it try it sometime i bring my box over to friends house and it runs like dog do-do back my house and fine but in all fairness he lives way out of town

have you tried connecting thru the Server Settings menu ?
It has been mentioned a few times and does work.
Have had continued success here when connected thru Server Settings menu... and tried with 3 different avovs which would not pull in channels if connected the other way, thru LiveTV menu.

in setting do a factory reset bring your box back to new let the package installer load all when that happen you know your on net then load all info for tvonline again should work now then load kodi all over or before a factory reset make a backup for kodi i always do that

Next, exit outta that menu and then into LiveTV

Avov TVonline+ on server 11 only loading channels 77,162,164,202,203,204, no 300's, no 400's and no VOD. tried numerous iptv resets and factory resets. check everything twice and then some. any ideas? everything worked fine before 8-16-2016.

Update: I entered my donation on a mag254 box and it works beautifully!
So back to my question, why won't it work on AVOV plus red box? The blue circle keeps going on and on.
