Hey All,

I have read the announcements and understand there are currently some issues with the authentication of users, I just wanted to double check it is related to the issue I am facing.

I have linked my MAG250's MAC and when i load up I am presented with a screen that requests my username and password. I enter in my donation number as both the username and password and the small yellow loading bar moves about 20% and just stays there indefinitely. I get no error messages or any progress at all. It just remains at around 20% indefinitely.

Is that because of the authentication issues? or is there another problem with my setup.

Same here, so looks like a server issue. Mine was working fine since the new login system began but now it's not!

'Announcement' says it's a big problem with the authentication process so I suppose we just have to be patient.

Its only bugging me because I cant even try the service lol. But patience is a virtue as they say

I'm having trouble loading the page to renew my sub. It isn't getting beyond the search screen.

Hopefully it'll be resolved soon as I only have a few days left...

I sorted mine out by carrying out a software update from the menu options.
