My IPTV has been down for 2 days now. Indians and Americans have been down. Is anybody fixing this??? Good thing I only took 1 month subscription!!! If service going to be like that then I think I will be moving on to next supplier!! :mad:

You know people, a simple YES or NO answer would sound a lot less sarcastic than "Have you done any reading?" Maybe these people aren't as computer smart as others or they just couldn't find an answer. A much better alternative would be to supply a link, then everyone else who asks the same question can follow. Courtesy folks.

I understand where the moderators are coming from, by reading other posts it would inform members that issues have came about from the server authentication. Rocket/NFPS has been working for the most part flawlessly since they started charging for it! If people cant handle a few days of down time to improve security, you PAY THE CABLE/SAT PROVIDERS top dollar for uptime. As a reseller I have been telling people the same or I will credit them what $0.50 a day for down time? What do people expect from this type of service? We should be lucky its here. Maybe buddy got overcharged but Im pretty sure $105 a year is pretty cheap??? Great job ROCKET/NFPS Team! Hope things get back up soon so my phone stops texting / ringing. Sorry just my 2 cents

You don't have to be computer savvy, just the abilty to read is fine.
A simple look at the announcements is all that is needed.

I am a re seller and have read the announcements over and over again ,and still did not find a line where it says yes we are down for now please check this link for updates ,I have 92 routes I deserve someone or some kind of link to explain to me as if I'm not a super coding genius

We are not in direct contact with the sellers, we are here for support with your boxes. Everyone knows what the issues are and their working on them. You guys should read the announcements. Enough said. As for the poster, Good-bye.
