Hello, I'm new to this kodi, my one question is how do you make your own local channel list and install it into koi, in other words if i want to add wsvn, or wesh which are local channels in florida how do i go about starting to convert them so that they will play in kodi, thanks

you would have to find a plugin that is streaming them.. soo many plugins, woudlnt know where to look.

I have never heard anyone ever getting local channels on kodi. The only way I know of getting local channels is with a digital TV tuner(built-in most tv's) and some sort of digital HD antenna preferably on your roof.
Good luck on finding any local channel streams if any.

If you can find links to any of your locals you can make up a M3U file and add it to your Kodi

Check the website for your locals..some allow you to watch live and you may be able to copy the link.
