depending on the version of kodi you are using you may have an incorrect url for iptv66, kodi version 16 uses a different format of the url.

use this for kodi 16: http://mw1.iptv66.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html

Have you renewed at any point, as it said that when I accidently put my first order number in instead of my renewal order number, which was different??

Yes, I renewed missing one day to expire, on monday, but I didn't receive any e-mail confirm that, but in the link that we can change the mac, I saw that the remaning days of the service changed to 30 days right after I renewed it.

all this got me confused i have been doing the user name and password thing and rebooting and nothing and my question is now do i have to change the mac on every donation in order to make it work please somebody can tell me the whole thing wright i have people pissed already...

Again, please see the announcements. Nothing has changed. I don't know if we'll get an all clear or an ETA on the fixes, but if word gets out on that, we'll post it. The only advise is not to change anything if you are currently up.

Same exact situation here. I was able to change my MAC today (kept getting the login screen last night that wouldn't let me proceed) but now getting "Stalker Client NFPS Authentification Failed. Retrying". Do I just wait at this point or could I have something set up wrong.

Also - route checker shows I only have 11 days on my account - is this always accurate? I bought a one year subscription from a vendor in the middle of January so I'll be taking this up with him if it's set to expire in 11 days...

But this is very strange. Everybody can have the details of their IPTV service with the Order and Donation numbers. My case is that I renewed the service on monday and I didn't receive the new order number, and now I can't access anything, because we need it now. I'm really worried about it.

An order number is emailed to you immediately after you submit your renewal on the site.
If you didn't get one..maybe your order did not go thru !! Might want to check your credit card statement to see if there is a charge on it or not.

Yes, I did all that. and I was already charged on my credit card. But I didn't receive anything on the e-mail.

I am now UP and running. I clicked the "Reset IPTV" button and came alive. No more auth problems.

Are you using STB Emulator or KODI? If on KODI, what addon are you using to input all the fort Knox security info?

Well, now is working very well here for me. Could get my order number back.

I'm using stalker client nfps 0.8.4 (from epg ninja) with kodi 15.2.

Just changed the MAC and reset the iptv

The channels are working, only the epg is with some issues like wrong time and some channels without epg. But it's a victory for who was 3 day without anything

Now hopes that the epg goes back to normal.

If you have a donation then that is your confirmation. The order number came with the donation.

Good luck!That happening is not reseller problem it has something to do with there new implementation of the way they are doing things.Many have missing days.Probably many don't even realize it.I even can across someone with way over the days they had.But i think it's still like you said good luck.

apparently I've been somewhat lucky.. didn't change mac or anything, put in credentials in client around feb 1.st, about half a day/night I could not get on.. but otherwise no problems. I dont expect the user panel to work yet as I've seen error around the board, tried the iptv reset button just for kicks only to get an error.

Trust me, I never would have if I knew where to go to get my own subscription (I won't renew through him)... in the short time I've been on this forum I know more than him. Regardless, he says he'll take care of it Monday. If not, I know where he is ;)

I have been getting the authentication error for 2 days. I'm using OPENELEC Kodi 15.2. I have tried clearing the cache, changing the mac address on the account and the iptv reset on the account as well. Even changed the MAC address again after the iptv reset. Nothing seems to get it working again, same authentication error.

I have recently renewed, but i was given the same route and same order # and when i log in it show it's active with the proper amount of days remaining so i assume the donation number is not the issue. Any advice?

1. reset mac
2. 12 digit token -same number
3. 13 digit serial -same number + 1 extra random #
4. 12 digit device id's (both) -same number
5. 12 digit signature -same number
