mac change wont still work with donation number as username/password

i am on stalker pvr 0.8.4
I am trying to change mac adddress on the website but asks me for user name and password. When try to use donation number , I am getting error message that I need a email address.
I was told to just use donation number.
is this a bug ? am I using the right PVR? It was working before..

Im having the same issue.. Bought from a reseller. He provided me with the order and donation #'s. Now Im trying to change my mac... IKS 66 reset it to 00:00:00:00:00:00... its asking me for login Username and Passwords....

Any help pls...........

Thx rockycat.... as noted, my reseller gave me the numbers I needed.... Its the user and pass required to change my mac address thats stopping me. Waiting like everyone else i guess. ..

I am in the same boat as joesimm. I have my order number, donation number, etc... but my MAC is set to 00:00:00:00:00:00 and when I try to change it its taking me to the login page that doesn't work.

i was able to change my mac address but when i set it up in stb it gives me a Authentication Error when typing in the donation number for losing and password. anyone having this problem

The MAC Address can now be changed now at iptv66.tv. I am new and have not got service working yet with kodi/stalker client/raspberry pi, but I'm not so sure its backup yet on the server side. Can anyone verify the server is function with Kodi yet?

They ask username and password to access this website. I put e-mail, donation number, order number...none works, allways says "Your Username / Password combination is invalid"

I was having the exact problem as you, but search for your route again and click "change mac" again. It started working for me about 30 mins ago. The service itself is what I'm not sure of at this point.

so is it possible that avov boxes will connect with iptv66.tv .....but not rocket...........
