For the last two days I have the same problem "authentication failed".I tried everything. I downloaded the latest version from **********, clearing cache, clearing data, fresh copy of kodi and nothing. I also change macs, reset macs inactive and active again and nothing. I have been with you almost from the beguining and have bought from nfps directly almost 150 donations but come on, this is the hardest time that we have face with the service. You guys said is for getting rid of free loaders but guest what, they are watching tv right now and we don't. This situation, in case you don't notice, is getting out of hands and hope is getting fix soon.

I agree, the people they are keeping out is their very own donation payers. it is getting to the point that its more trouble than its worth. The service is not that great being most is in Sd instead of HD anymore. It worked better when it was free. The moderators here try to help all they can but the support from the ones that sells this is nonexistant. It started down hill in October and still going downhill at warp speed. You spend more time working on it and changing settings than watching tv!!

I am in the same boat as others:( I have tried everything, changed mac and all that, someone has to come up with something simple……2 days just reading forums for any clue, trying from pillar to post, lets see how long this madness is gonna last.

I agree totally. Just like everyone else all the tips and changes have been applied. It's gone beyond a joke now.
As already called out, you spend more time shuffling and changing settings than watching the dam thing. The whole process to set up is rudiculous. And trying to find a straight forward and simple guide is not easy on here.
For a system to be offline for more than two days with no eta - just an 'in maintenance' message is disgusting.
Add To that when genuine people ask genuine questions a lot of responses are 'that's in another thread' or 'do a search' is beyond unhelpful. This is the worst forum I've ever used for finding answers.
Sort it out or you boys will going out of business. Can't see many returning customers once they get a taste of... well. .. no customer service whatsoever!
Just an ETA would be a start.

I will say this it's a bummer it is down. I am frustrated like the rest of the user base and there should be better messaging other a since under maintenance message. An ETA would be nice a list of affected products and what exactly isn't working. Example I could sign in to a brand new device because of the username and password issues however all my old devices were working fine until late last night.
Now for the good when the service works it is great I don't care that it's SD. I am able to watch what I want when I want so all good there. Last being from a SaaS based industry I understand that these update have to happen it seems to me it could go a lot smoother with some Project management experience helping out these peeps. Ok I'm stepping off my soap box and sitting back down watching kodi since it still works😜
